About
Built for the people who find this stuff genuinely hard. GazeIQ creates science-backed tools, guides, and training for people who struggle with social connection.

Mission
Make social skills learnable for everyone.
Social anxiety, autism, ADHD, introversion. These are not character flaws. They are differences in how a brain processes the social world. The tools to navigate that world exist. Most people just never get access to them in a form they can actually use.
Vision
Nonverbal communication is one of the first things people judge you on. Before you say a word, your body and gaze is already communicating whether you're present, whether you're confident, and whether you're safe to engage with. For most people, calibrating that body language happens automatically, absorbed over years of low-stakes social interaction.
For a significant portion of people it doesn't. Social anxiety makes direct eye contact feel like being scrutinized. Autism makes it neurologically overwhelming. ADHD makes it hard to stay present long enough to calibrate. Nobody explains this. Nobody gives you the actual mechanics.
Our primary goal is fill the gap and provide tools and guides covering body language, conversation mechanics, CBT frameworks, and social skills training built specifically for neurodivergent and socially anxious people.
Everything GazeIQ produces is grounded in real research: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) literature, exposure therapy findings, neuroscience, and the lived experience of people who are actually dealing with this. We provide practical, specific, and are honest about what works and what doesn't.
